"When contemplating a change in management style or move to best practice there is no magic wand to wave in order to provide a long term solution.  I guess it could be possible to hire a consultant …but what happens when he/she is no longer about?   However, if you are able to alter the whole thinking mechanism of an organisation and continue to develop that then you are on to a sure winner.
